Representative Kate (last name) just did an efficient and effective repair on my computer. But I am also grateful for all the Microsoft reps who have helped restore (more like resurrect!) this computer from the BSOD (blue screen of death) over the period of one week. I would have spent much more money to replace this computer than what I have spent for their services for an extended period of time. I had faith that Microsoft could bring this computer back to life and now that faith is verified. I look forward to using them with any problems that may arise in the future. Sincerely, Fred J.
