We were treated very well by the support people. I was a bit leery of having to deal with an unknown group half the world away, and I'm not good with strong accents, but they were VERY patient and understanding, never hesitating to repeat or even clarify computer jargon I didn't understand. They even agreed that my being cautious was admirable. This wasn't an inexpensive process, but from the information I received, and all the work done and contacts I would need given in writing, I feel confident that my computer was in good hands. At this point I would recommend them to anybody who needs their computer system looked at for cleaning, debugging and security.
