I had some virus issues and slow processing times but was concerned that someone claiming to be Microsoft rep called me to tell me I had issues with my computer. I was very uncomfortable and disconnected the call after receiving more information. Today I called Microsoft and confirmed that NO ONE from Microsoft will call you. The gentlemen with MICROSOFT were very professional and concerned with the security of my system. While the process was a little long, I have no worries as to the safety of my system.
