I worked with Om Prakash Singh whom was very helpful, professional and patient with me as I was getting very frustrated. I had been on the phone for over 2 1/2 hours with both Verizon and later My Phone Support. Verizon did a quick diagnostic and determined that nothing was wrong on their end. My Phone Support did another diagnostic and cleared up issues, however, I was still not able to send and receive test messages on Outlook; they were reflected, however, on Verizon webmail. After a 'reconfiguration' on my Verizon Settings I was finally able to see all incoming messages.
This was due to Om's diligence and creativity in trying to resolve the problem.
Hopefully, I will not have issues in the morning when I go to access my Outlook account. I do not want to have to spend another 3 hours to have them resolved.
