They promised a quick fix to my Outlook program. Three days later and about ten hours in front of my computer, they had fixed nothing. Promises by there techs to call me back were not kept. I got new techs and had to start over with them. All they did was run a diagnostic, remove a few cookies, and get Microsoft Updates. After repeatedly hearing "don't worry, we will solve the issue" to the point where all I want to do is punch them in the face, what I called about has still not been solved.
This has been a HORRIBLE experience. Now I will find out if the will stand by their money back guarantee.
