the help was terrific but Microsoft created this issue, i never should have had to ask this much less pay for fixing it because the Microsoft 10 ads are misleading the average user. I followed prompts to download and in the process LOST EVERYTHING I HAD ON MY COMPUTER - EVERYTHING - and had to access help to fix it AND PAY FOR THE HELP. i'm not complaining about the help, the gentleman were more than patient with an angry frustrated confused person who became enraged at the SALES PITCH for fixing my computer for a problem i never would have encountered in the first place had i not followed the MISLEADING PROMPT to download Windows 10 for FREE, not realizing I would lose all my data by doing so. This is ROBBERY as far as I'm concerned - download the Windows 10, lose EVERYthing, then PAY to have them fix the problem??? its a SCAM - PERIOD. tHANK YOU TO THE FELLOWS THAT HELPED ME OUT, YOU WERE WORTH THE FEE - BUT A FEE I NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY...MICROSOFT should foot the bill for this and pay TECH SUPPORT double for putting up with the chaos they created.
