My Phone Support representatives were very, very helpful and cleared up all my problems. HOWEVER, I am furious at Microsoft because it was hounding me to upgrade to Windows 10, and when I did, my computer lost everything on my desk top. Also, I couldn't get beyond the big Windows logo that replaced my desktop. There was nothing to click on. I had to sign up for a $240 service contract get back to my Windows 7 operating system and all my "stuff." I FELT LIKE MICROSOFT WAS HOLDING MY COMPUTER FOR RANSOM, and it never would have happened if I hadn't been urged to click the up-grade button. I've since been told that this is normal service for Microsoft. I wish I could afford to switch to Apple.
