I used MyPhoneSupport one week ago and they were fantastic. (Even though my husband freaked out when he saw I used a service and thought they might be a scam). They were not. They were VERY helpful, fixed my issues and then have done 2 follow up phone calls during the week to make sure everything was still working and okay. Was well worth the minimal money.
