I think the service is great, however it's quite pricey. My shortfall is they take too long to go over your service contract. Most problems happen while in the middle of doing work. Lastly, they over sale the product. If you talk to more than one person, each person goes into a sales dialogue. I have several computers and I've been a loyal customer for years. I would advice some type of rating system for repeat customers and minimize all of the sales dialogues. Time is precious...
