I received a call from someone who said they had a call from MS saying I wasn't the only one on my machine and MS asked them to fix it.. The spiel they gave me was very convincing but I called My Phone Support to see if there really was a problem. The tech who worked with me verified that there was no problem whatsoever and the caller was trying to scam me. I had just upgraded to windows 10 today and I thought I had done something wrong. The tech checked all the setting and said things looked good on the new windows, and there was no one on my machine other than me. I am so glad that I had a contract with My Phone Support. I hate to think what might had happened to me if I didn't have these guys looking out for me. I couldn't be more satisfied with the help today and in the past. I've had a couple of other calls for help and My Phone Support consistently gives me outstanding support.
