The young man who assisted me in getting my computer back in working condition is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. His performance was outstanding!!!!! I could not have received better service. In the past I have used other companies for computer repair and I was never treated as well as this young man treated me; he is a GEM & I recommend he be promoted to the top where he can train/manage/supervise other workers on the art of how to treat a customer. He should go far in life.
