The AT&T man who installed new modem did not know and neither did I how to hook up my printer. The gentleman from My phone support was very dedicated to solving my printer problem. It took him quit some time but he did not give up. My problem is solved to my satisfaction. This was a great experience for him and next time he will do it faster I am sure. The most important thing is he stayed with it until it was done correctly. Thanks so much for your help!!
