Mohd Tariq spent almost 1 1/2 hours fixing a persistent problem with a popup that prevented easy use of the computer. He was diligent, polite and very helpful. He was also knowledgeable and patient in taking care of my frustrations. It made this a positive experience with a pleasing finish.
