I had a problem because I was called by Ozemio Inc...i.e. UTH. They told me I had all kinds of problems in my computer and then put them in to convince me. Downloaded 11 different softwares in my comp. I removed most of them but couldn't get one out. Also I needed to change my password because they conned me into giving it to them. I called and had to renew my warranty...then was directed to Jumaid Bhat to assist me with all the problems. He was very helpful, answered all my questions with answers that were easy for a not too bright computer user to understand. He helped me reset my password and eliminated the final software I couldn't get out. He was very, very helpful and eliminated all my problems and concerns. Robert Canady
