I had one of the finest techs I have ever had. I believe his name is Sumeet Mishia I am not sure of the spelling, He was excellent polite and so informative. He helped me understand how to open links and attachments that I have never been able to do. My first request was concerning the way my e-mail screen had changed. He restored it in a matter of 1-2 minutes. Then I found I had more questions for him and he showed me how do many things that I had no idea of. I am not educated in computers so I do the best I can and he was so patient and kind to me. He is a definite asset to your company. I could understand every word he spoke. He speaks wonderful English. I truly enjoyed him and would recommend him as a top tech and he was just amazing to me. He actually made my day for I am excited that I can now open and see things that are so important to me and I never could before this excellent tech worked with me.
