I am so thankful that Kamal is the tech that helped me,for i had 2 other tech last night and they simply did not know how to help me it took of 3 hour total and i just closed the session late last night. Today I had Kamal as my tech and within 5 minutes he had fixed my issues . Kamal is excellent and you need more techs like him,maybe he could be a role model for other new techs or those that need more training. Kamal is the gentlemen to do the job. He is exceptional and is polite,fast worker and know's exactly how to help people with problems,,,Trust me,Kamal is an asset to your company. He is amazing and i trust him completely.
