It was necessary for me to speak with two technicians today to resolve several problems with my computer. Both showed great patience with me. Their technical skills were good. However, the one major problem I've had for one year involved the migration of my photos from my old computer to the new one. I was unable to open them. My own computer whiz, told me how to fix this issue. However, it is very time consuming. I was hoping Dell would have a system fix in place. No such luck. Both technicians were confident they could make the fix. I asked both techs if they had seen this issue before, and they assured me they had. The first technician I spoke with thought he had fixed the problem; however, he did not. The second technician was only able to fix the problem AFTER I told him how my personal computer guru told me the steps to fix the problem. I appreciate the help with the other problems.
