I have been on the phone with the Microsoft technician Ramandeep Singh. He is polite and extremely knowledgeable. All of my problems have been resolved and because I purchased the two year plan, I can call every 30-45 days and my computer will be scanned and cleaned of any bad items that may have been put on. The technicians are very good, polite and so appreciated by me.
