Both technicians were great in cleaning my 4 yr old computer. Sunita did the actual deleting over 2,000 files and made sure I was completely satisfied before ending the session. The fellow I was on line when I made my call did the initial workup for me to decide to buy a membership in Microsoft's Support program. Great job from both.
