Although Microsoft is to blame to some sort of the problems that I encountered with my laptop starting last Sunday when I tried to upgrade to Windows 10. All problems were resolved over the last three days and I am happy again. In summarizing I can say that today's experience was alike the sessions before very pleasing. knowlegeable staff took care of the problems that started when the upgrade software ask me to remove my Symantec Endpoint Protection11 antivirus program from my PC
