Two teams of technicians solved two problems today. First, from 2:28 to 3:25 PM California time, Lalit Singh, Vivender Singh and Vikas Kakkar solved a Windows Start-Up Button problem (lower left on my desktop). Then ffrom 4:02 to 4:34, a technician named Satyander solved an Internet Explorer browser problem so it again allowed me to use gmail and facebook and Linked-In . Satyander also showed me how to use Shift+f11 to restore the in ternet explorer ico fun ctionality if the "hiding of gmail+facebook+Linked-In icons" problem ever recurs. thank you all
