Srikant Aphikari was exceptional in his service. Every action he took he first explained to me what action he would take, then how long it would take to accomplish and then did the work. There were several breaks and he recalled me at the appointed times. He followed up with me after a successful conversion to windows 10. This was not a straight forward application and he had to try different options to complete the task. He is technically superior. Overall I give him a 10+ on a scale of 10. Tom Grimshaw
