It takes forever to get issues resolved. I had an issue where my email acct was not sending and spent 5 hours on the phone trying to get it resolved. He called me back the next day saying it was resolved, but he had changed my acct from an IMAP to a POP and therefore all my email folders were gone. Then another tech had to clean that mess up which took another 5 hours. Every time I call with a problem, I need to count on a minimum of 5 hours which is enough to make me want to go buy an Apple Computer.
