My tech support was so helpful. I am not very good with computer and he was kind in calming me and assuring that he would get my computer working more efficiently once again. It took a long time but everything appears to be much better and I am so thankful to the very kind and efficient service I received. I am annoyed whenever I call that the first person I speak with always tries to SELL me something else. I just want the service I have already paid for. Much appreciation for the tech support.
