The day after I bought your $249.95 service and you "fixed" my computer, my favorite game (Chess Titans) stopped working properly. It took more than 2 hours for the technician to get it working right again, of course while I was wasting my time sitting in front of the computer the whole time. Also, the original issue I called about the night of purchase was not fixed; rather, it was made worse by my not being able to change my email password because your technician didn't realize my alternate email (security info) did not have to be a working address, so he prompted me to delete it. An unauthorized person had gotten my password and all I wanted to do is change the password. This should not have taken a superior intellect to accomplish. Also, I don't remember being informed of an additional monthly charge of $18.95. I am very dissatisfied with your product and demand a full refund immediately.
