Satyander is very well acquainted with repairing computers. Cortana is not working for me; she does not hear my voice nor does she respond. Satyander worked diligently and Cortana was speaking when we ended our lengthy session. Now that I am working on the computer, Cortana once again is deaf and mute. :(
