My phone support corrected my initial problem and in the midst of correcting it the technician accidentally caused another problem. So when I called back to explain to My Phone Support they told me I had only paid for a 1-time phone help and they coudln't help me unless I paid more money since my first problem was corrected. I explained to them that it didn't seem professional that by fixing one problem they caused another and now they aren't helping me with the problem they made unless I paid more money. The phone representative connected me to the manager and he said they would be happy to fix my problem without paying extra. Then he connected me to the technician who fixed it. I was annoyed at first with My Phone Support but in the end they made me very happy :) And their technicians are great to work with!
