Tech very helpful. The only reason I did not score the session a "5" is because of communication issues. I was repeatedly asked if the technician could work on my computer, giving me the impression he was just initiating the work, when in hindsight, I believe he was asking additional permissions as the work was in progress.
I adjusted my style and answered as closely to as I was being asked.
