Your tech. support person, to whom I was transferred by the first tech. support person, was of great help to me. I was having PC problems with my Win 10 64-bit PC: a cumulative update just wouldn't download. The second tech. support gentleman found out that that update was simply incompatible with my PC and its software. He ALSO helped me learn how to change the image/photo in my lock screen. He spent a good deal of time with me, although I'm knowledgeable about MS software, having been a technical writer/editor for about 30 years. The ONLY glitch was in the one-time payment of $109.90 I made, via a Visa credit card on which I'm TRYING to lower the balance -- I literally can't afford (until next Wednesday, when my Social Security check is directly deposited into my checking account) the full year's protection. WHEN that check is deposited -- because it will be within the 7-day time limit for tech. support -- I may add the $90+ for a full YEAR of support
