Satyam Sharma gave excellent service. He took care of all my problems. in addition he was able to help me obtain a warranty for all 3 of my devices ( desktop and two laptops). He was going to service one laptop but because I didn't know remember the password he set me up with courtesy home visit. I must add that the initial tech gave excellent service as well.
