I had a pop up virus of some sort that disguised itself as a Microsoft warning. Stating that I was being hacked locally and needed to call the number on the computer for Tech. support. I ignored the number and called instead MyphoneSupport. The techs. were polite and understanding. They worked hard at it and found the problem. Cleaned and re-checked for possible damage to computer. Very pleased.
