I had many problems with my old PC which has an operating system that is obsolete. I called Microsoft for one issue and they had My Phone Support help me. Due to a misunderstanding between me and a technician, it turned into a nightmare of a job but then the first person I spoke with, Asif Ali, called and did an incredible job to make my computer work better and faster than it has in years. I am an older woman with limited computer skills and he explained everything with patience, kindness and care. I can never thank him him enough for his skill but more than that, his good heart.
