Well, 1st of all, Kiram was so pleasant and very knowledgeable of what she was doing. I was impressed by her patience, as I am not very computer literate, but she was amazing at finding ways to let us find a way to get done just what it was that we needed to achieve. I had taken my laptop with us to the beach along w/a 65GB thumb drive, but because the laptop did not hat office installed, the files were incompatable with one another. So she helped ne to research that I did have office o only 1 computer & could have it o up to 3 and that just worked out fine. She assisted me in getting office365 installed & running.
