Well, I have been having a lot of trouble with my computer since Windows did an update last week, so I have needed a lot of support. I wrote a review for all of your technicians,, except, I think the 1st one I called recently, a woman, all the others have been men. But in general you excellently trained and experienced technicians have been fantastic. This last technician, Bimar Pal was very helpful solved my problem.
