it took several days to finally resolve the problem. However, Mr. Jeelani was very patient, and learned a great deal throughout the process. For me, it was also being patient ... but then, that's the nature of this business: trial and error.
If I have another issue on my computer, I will hope that I can find Mr. Jeelani to work on it. He was polite and never lost his cool when things didn't work the first time.
