I called in to troubleshoot my telephone because I had a battery that on its last bar. I really appreciate the time and support the two technicians given me. I was so stressed out with family issues and the IT support team made it easy for me to get through the process of making a deadline. I do not have the technician's name who helped me in the beginning. unfortunately, I disconnected by troubleshooting taking out the battery trying to give her the Model Number (My Mistake). I called back and Dilip answered. He was kind as well. All issues appears to be solved. I was transferred back for a final conclusion and I think it was the lady I was talking to. If so, thank you and thank you both for your kindness and patience with me. It really means a lot you taken that extra mile. Anyway, They both spent at least 45 minutes with me.
