I had the assistance of Pavna Raja, one of your excellent technicians. He was again, as all of your techs are very courteous, helpful & extremely knowledgeable about what he was going to be accomplishing for me. I just got out of he hospital & was not feeling at all well & I needed to do some backing up of my data files to 4 different pen drives, in one case 1 pen drive to another. I was so ill that it proved impossible to try to spend time figuring it out, so I knew I could call My Phone Support & get that assistance I would need. He did it all for me & in addition explained to me how to do it in easy to write down steps so I can do it by myself if I need to in the future.
