Harpreet was extremely helpful and courteous. I had to reload Windows 7 and restore all my key files from my remote hard drive, and over a period of 4 days, Harpreet called me each night to make sure that the restore was progressing. He helped me yo transfer files and complete the restore when I ran into problems. He was quick and determined to solve my problems. I plan to call My Phone Support the next time I'm having a problem.
