My issues were finally resolved but it took 4 1/2 hours of staying online with the technician. It appears that much of the time was spend on researching resolutions. Perhaps more seasoned technicians need to be brought in. Each time I call for support I have to plan to be involved in the resolution for a minimum of 2-3 hours. That is not what I'm used to with other support services.
