Ankit, my support person, was very knowlegeable, professional, helpful, kind & patient. He cleaned out my computer & tried to installed my McAfee antivirus/antispam protection & even called McAfee when the McAfee software would not install. Since McAfee was having network issues & request we try installing spam protection in 4-5 hrs, Ankit was nice enough to follow up in 5 hours & call me back to help install the McAfee program. Ankit was very good at explaining each step to me on what he was doing & tried different ways of trouble shooting issues. Ankit did an excellent job working with me.
