Both of the gentlemen I spoke to were very helpful and most courteous during the 1 hour and 42 minute call. They explained what they were doing and solved my problem. It was my stupidity that caused my issues by getting scammed by the 844 739 3973 Scam. I have learned my lesson and that will not happen again. I only hope that I was not too late before contacting this company to help me clean up my computer. I will highly recommend ConsumerSoft to my friends and colleagues.
