I worked with two extremely good technicians...Karan Gaur and Sahil Ghandi. I'm an old lady and they were both very patient. They explained what they were doing remotely and as I watched I learned more about Outlook and my new security software. Whatever the company can do to reward them would be well-earned. I wrote a review and accidently lost the screen so when I called back to technical support Monika gave me this link and she was also very polite and cordial. EXCELLENT job by all three.
