They went above and beyond to make sure it was working just they way i wanted it to. Between the two techs who worked on my computer they spent about 3 hours fixing it.
When the first tech called me my phone wasn't working so that is how I acquired two technicians. they confered with each other and were able to complete the repair of my computer.
I am very pleased.
