Senior citizens are targets for scams. Frustrating but true. After believing my computer was hacked & calling number to get help.... I realized "That was the scam"!! Immediately got out of conversation (gracefully) & looked up Microsoft customer service on cell phone. First Tech Shewt Sinhap, explained a 'fishing scam' & spent hours with me going back through entire computer to remove worm virus. Patient, kind, helpful & reassurring. My computer wasnt destroyed! Second Tech, Asif Anid; helped me to clean out & remove unnecessary data to increase computer speed. Again: Patient, Kind, respectful & very helpful !! Thanks to both techs for all the info, patience & assistance to 'De-activate' & remove damaging virus!
