Deepak was expecting a very irate client and so was anxious. I was in a much better frame than the last call where I was on the phone for 3 hours. He did an excellent job explaining the fixes and was able to either educate me or fix my issues with the exception of my favorites. They are just gone. Probably not a big deal as I did not use most at all. So I have a fresh start and have already added the ones I use the most. I am excited to try your service for one year to evaluate the benefits to me, a novice computer person.
