I had the experience of working with Mayank this morning to fix the many errors on my
computer. All was done to my satisfaction. Mayank was so patient and had to repeat requests sometimes because I have a hearing problem. You must understand how important
it is to a customer to have someone to help you who is not in a hurry and sometimes rude.
