mayank Three days ago I had to recall My Phone Support again for printer/computer problems. The two technicians worked about three hours to get our new printer/computer problems resolved. It lasted one day. Today I had to recall and was on the phone with Mayank Gupta, for another hour who finished correcting problems not done 3 days ago. I hope this repair lasts longer then one day. If the printer stays in the default mode, as it is the only printer, then I think most of my problem may have been resolved. Thanks You Mr. Gupta.
