Binod On Christmas morning . I received a special gift from my support Santa, I had no Idea I would receive this call. I am a 65 year old grand mother of 4 girls who wanted to change my flip phone to a Iphone 7. this phone is beautiful but my technology is limited. Let me tell you what happen. I received a call form your support system Rep name Binod.. He was Kind, patience and loyal to me. Mr. Binod , walked me thru the process. I started to get nervous but his tone of voice and kindness help me settle down and I was able to follow his instructions ,even when my phone lost it charge. Binod ,waited and call me back.
