Tech (Nitin) is very knowledgeable he know what cause the issue.I thought it might take 2-3 hours to complete as i usually expected this much time and its night here, but he know's the next step as soon as i told him the issue of DVD not showing in computer ,he restarted the computer and whoop... issue resolved. Best Tech you got there this time me as well Thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!
