Kieran was excellent on getting me back on track to resolving my problem. I never encountered a technician who was better at sticking with the issue to solve it. Because the whole process took a few hours she had a dogged determination to get
the problem accomplished.
I hope when raises or promotions come up that she is seriously considered.
She is most obviously a company woman with company loyalty.
